La Pieve di Vezzano con antico campanile.
La chiesa parrocchiale di San Giorgio, la cui struttura attuale è a tre navate (quelle laterali, più piccole, furono aggiunte tra il Duecento e il Trecento).
Il campanile è stato costruito nel 1889 su disegno dell'ingegner Bruno (lo stesso che progettò la facciata del Duomo di Tortona).
Piazza Castello, dove si trova il Municipio.
La strada che scende da Paderna verso Spineto, che offre una bella vista della pianura di Tortona.

The parish church of San Giorgio, whose present structure is with a central nave and two side smaller side aisles which were added between the 13th and 14th centuries.
The bell tower was built in 1189 on design of engineer Bruno (who also designed the façade of the Duomo in Tortona).
